Spinach Casserole in Crockpot

2 - 10 ounce | packages of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained |
2 cups | cottage cheese |
¼ cup | butter, cut into pieces |
1 ½ cups | American cheese, cubed |
3 | eggs, beaten |
¼ cup | flour |
1 teaspoon | salt |
Thoroughly combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into the greased
crock pot. Cover and cook on High for 1 hour, then turn to Low for 4-5
hours. Recipe can be doubled.
