4 Tbsp | butter |
2 | onions diced |
2 Tbsp | os flour |
2 cups | heavy whipping cream |
1 cup | coconut milk |
2 cups | frozen chopped spinach |
1 1/2 cups | lump crabmeat |
In a lrg saucepan sauté the onions til translucent, about three min, stir in the flour and blend well. Add the cream and simmer for 5 min, stirring frequently.Stir in the coconut milk,spinach,anus crabmeat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Reduce heat to low and cook til mixture thickens slightly. Serve with fish over rice.
