| Cook 1 onion In frypan till clear, add sausages and cook until brown. Add 1 can of diced tomatoes and a packet of brown onion gravy. Add 1 cup of water simmer for 20 mins. |
Meanwhile boil potatoes and mash with butter, milk and sour cream.
Serve sausages over mash.
