PRESS 1 CONTAINER OF CRESENT ROLL ON BOTTOM OF CAKE PAN
MIX WELL IN A LARGE BOWL SUGAR, CREAM CHEESE, VANILLA AND JUST THE EGG YOLK
SPREAD MIXTURE OVER CRESENT ROLL THEN PRESS THE OTHER CONTAINER OF CRESENT ROLL ON THE TOP OF MIXTURE. THEN POUR EGG WHITE ON TOP AND RUB ALL OVER THE TOP OF THE CRESENT ROLL.
I USED A TINY BIT OF FLOUR ON WAX PAPER AND LAYED OUT THE TRIANGLES OF CRESENT ROLLS IN AN OBLONG SHAPE AND ROLLED IT SO IT WAS ONE BIG PIECE WHICH MADE IT POSSIBLE TO LAYER ON TOP OF MIXTURE. I THEN LAYED IT ON TOP AND PRESSED IT EVEN OVER THE ENTIRE MIXTURE.
BAKE AT 350 DEGRESS FOR 30 MINUTES, NO LONGER. COOL IT THEN CUT INTO SQUARES AND PUT INTO A CONTAINER AND PUT IN THE FRIDGE.
iT IS SO QUICK TO MAKE AND SIMPLE.
