Peanut Brittle

| 1 c. | white corn syrup |
| 2 c. | sugar |
| 2 c. | raw peanuts |
| 2 tsp. | baking soda |
| 1 Tbs. | butter |
| Pinch | salt |
Cook syrup, sugar, peanuts & salt until mixture is light golden brown & peanuts are light tan. Remove from heat and quickly stir in soda & butter. Immediately pour onto large greased cookie sheet. Cool completely then break into pieces. Store in airtight cool place.
