1 lb | lean ground beef |
1 can | beef broth |
1 can (10 oz) | diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained |
2 cups | instant rice |
1 1/2 cups | shredded Colby & Monterey jack cheese |
Brown meat, stir in beef broth and tomatoes ; bring to a boil.
Add rice , stir Cover , simmer on low heat 5 min.
Top with cheese , serve.
