Boneless chicken breast | |
carrots | |
broccoli | |
zucchini | |
squash | |
onion | |
raw mushrooms | |
green pepper | |
cabbage | |
white rice | |
Chinese noodles | |
Soy sauce |
Directions
Marinate chicken in soy sauce for 30 minutes to an hour before cooking. I usually do this while I am cutting up the vegetables.
Put rice on to cook.
Stir fry chicken in small amount of oil and soy sauce. When chicken is cooked, take out and set aside. Put carrots in same pan that you cooked chicken. You might need to add more soy and oil. Add in other vegetables, save cabbage and broccoli til the last. Cook mushrooms after carrots. Then add chicken back to stir fry.
Chinese noodles go on top of stir fry. (optional)
Vegetables can vary according to what you like!
