| 3/4 C | cormeal |
| 1 1/4 C | flour |
| 2 tsp | baking powder |
| 1/4 C honey + more for drizzling | |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| 1 | egg |
| 1/4 C & 2 tbsp | butter |
| 4tbsp | buttermilk powder |
| 1 C | water |
Heat oven to 400 . Melt 1/4 cup butter. Put other 2 tbsp in baking pan & heat in oven. Mix all dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients & combine with dry. Remove pan from oven & add mixture. Bake 20-25 minutes. Drizzle with more honey as soon as removed from the oven.
