1 pound | very lean Ground Beef |
1 pound | sausage |
3 Large | Eggs |
1Tbsp | Tony Cachere's |
1Tbsp | Tabasco |
1Tbsp | Dale's Marinade |
1tsp | fresh Ground Black Pepper |
1tsp | Worcestershire Sauce |
3 Slices | White Bread, (Cut into ~1/2" pieces) |
3 Tbsp | Dried Shallots |
3 Tbsp | Dried Onion, (dried to absorb liquid as it cooks to taste) |
1/4C | Green Onions sliced into small pieces to taste |
1 small jar | Green Giant sliced Mushrooms |
1/3C | Parmesan Cheese |
1 jar | Pasta Sauce |
Preheat oven to 350F.
Threw eggs into a bowl and scrambled them.
Added Tabasco, Tony's, Dale's, Pepper, and Worcestershire and mixed until all ingredients were well dispersed.
In a large bowl combined the Ground Beef and Pork with the Bread, Dried Shallots and Onions, Green Onion, Mushrooms, and Parmesan and mixed to get things started combining without mixing too much (mostly just to get the ingredients spread out and over each other).
Then add the liquids into the large bowl and mix until just combined.
Separate into two loaf pans and top with Pasta Sauce.
Cook for 60-75 minutes (until done)
