Steamed Bulgur Balls

1/2 c | plain flour |
S&P
Soak bulgur in 2 c boiling H2O for 15 minutes. Drain bulgur in a kitchen towel, squeezing out moisture. Season with S&P. Stir in flour, adding some moisture if necessary to form sticky balls, walnut-sized.
Steam balls over a large pot of salted simmering H2O for 10 minutes. Let cool.
