| 6 | eggs |
| 1/4 c | milk |
| 2 c | shredded cheese |
| 2 spinach souffles 2 deep dish pie crusts | |
| Onions to taste | |
Brown sausage with onions. Place eggs in a bowl and stir. Add eggs and cheese and thawed soufflés and milk and mix together. Add browned sausage to egg mixture and pour into pie crusts. Preheat oven to 375 and cook for 45 minutes.
