Zubereitung:
Artischocken kochen, schälen und den Boden auslösen. Artischockenböden halbieren mit der Sahne aufkochen und mit Thymian verfeinern, mit dem Stabmixer im Topf aufmixen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen. In streifen geschnittene Tomaten als Dekoration oben auflegen. Suppe kann Kalt oder warm serviert werden.
