Pecan Tarts - (Kay's)

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Sugar, Brown
1 Cup Corn Syrup
1/4 Tsp. Salt
2 T. Flour
2 Lrg. Eggs
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1 T. Butter
1-1/4 Cups Chopped Pecans
Method:
Mix to-gether brown sugar, corn syrup, salt and flour. Add beaten eggs, vanilla and butter.
Mix in pecans.
Heat oven to 400 degrees and cook for 10 minutes to set crust. Turn oven down to 325 degrees
and continue to cook until done, watching carefully.
