Fresh Broccoli Salad

2 heads | fresh broccoli |
1 small | red onion, finely chopped |
1 pound | bacon |
1 cup | dry roasted sunflower seeds |
1 cup | mayonnaise |
1 small envelope | Splenda |
2 tablespoons | white vinegar |
Place bacon in a deep skillet and cook over medium heat until evenly browned. Cool and crumble.
Cut the broccoli into tiny bite size pieces. Combine the broccoli, onion, bacon, sunflower seeds, and mix well.
Mix the mayonnaise, sugar substitute, and vinegar until smooth. Pour over salad and mix well. Chill for a couple of hours before serving.
