Grandma's fried meatball
Nb persons: 0
|1/2 kg||ground pork|
|1/4 kg||ground shrimp|
|4 tbsp||fish sauce|
|1 tsp||white pepper|
|1 tbsp||ground garlic|
1. Mix well pork, shrimp, garlic, fish sauce and white pepper
2. Then add eggs. Mix well
3. Add tapioca starch and mix until the dough gets firmer and a ball is formed when you squeeze a handful of it.
4. Make rounds of meatballs and deep fry them
