Grandma's fried meatball

1/2 kg | ground pork |
1/4 kg | ground shrimp |
4 tbsp | fish sauce |
1 tsp | white pepper |
1 tbsp | ground garlic |
3 | eggs |
Tapioca starch | |

1. Mix well pork, shrimp, garlic, fish sauce and white pepper
2. Then add eggs. Mix well
3. Add tapioca starch and mix until the dough gets firmer and a ball is formed when you squeeze a handful of it.
4. Make rounds of meatballs and deep fry them
