Sausage Chili

1 pound | hot roll sausage |
1 cup | diced onion |
1 cup | diced green bell peppers |
1 tablespoon | chili powder |
1 teaspoon | ground cumin |
3/4 teaspoon | garlic powder |
1 can (15 ounce) | tomato sauce |
3/4 cup | water |
Directions:
Crumble and cook sausage in large skillet over medium heat until browned. Next, add onions and cook until tender. Drain off excess drippings. Blend in seasonings and green peppers to sausage mixture. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Garnish with green onions and shredded cheese, if desired.
