Duff's Hurricane Cake

1/2 cup | sugar |
2 cups | flour |
2 tspn baking soda | |
Dash | salt |
2 | eggs |
2 cups | canned peaches with juice |
1 1/2 cup | packed brown sugar |
1 cup | chopped walnuts |
Sift together 1st four ingredients. Beat in eggs and peaches. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Mix brown sugar and walnuts. Sprinkle over the batter. Bake at 325 for 40 minutes. Icing | |

1 stick | butter |
1/2 cup | evaporated milk |
Combine in sauce pan and boil for 2 minutes. Add coconut. Spoon over cake as soon as it is removed from oven.
