| 1 stick | butter, softened |
| 1/2 C | sugar |
| 1/4 C | brown sugar |
| 1 | egg |
| 1 t | vanilla |
| 1 C | AP flour |
| 1 t | baking powder |
| 1/8-1/4 t | salt |
| 1 pkg | apricots, chopped |
| 6 sq | white chocolate, chopped |
| 2 C | walnuts, chopped |
Blend butter and sugars until fluffy. Blend in egg and vanilla. Mix in flour, baking powder and salt. Add in apricots, white chocolate and walnuts. Drop on baking sheet. 375 degrees for 12 minutes.
