| 2 LARGE | STRAWBERRIES, FOR GARNISH, (OPTIONAL) |
Combine the applesauce, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, spple
juice, and ice in a blender. Pulse the blender six or seven times, until the
mixture is thick and smooth.
Pour into two glasses. Garnish each glass with a whole strawberry on the
rim, if desired.

Cocktail Versions
Apples and rum are a perfect
combination. Simply add & cup gold
rum to the blender before pulsing.
Fruit—flavored liqueurs like apple
schnapps and creme de framboise
(or Chambord) can give this drink a real
kick (add 1 ounce of either). Add 2 extra
ice cubes to keep the drink icy.
