Vegie sausage pasta

1 spray | Olive oil spray |
2 | Vegetarian sausages, baked or grilled |
100 g | Pasta sauce |
0.4 oz | low fat Cheese, grated |
40 g | Pasta |
1. Cook the pasta in boiling water for 6-8 minutes, or until cooked. Drain until ready for use.
2. Meanwhile, spray and heat the oil in a non-stick pan or barbecue plate. Cook the sausage for 2-3 minutes each side, slice and set aside.
3. Heat the pasta sauce in a small pan and add the sliced sausages, red pepper and cooked pasta. Stir well.
4. Serve and top with cheese and fresh basil if desired.
