Warm Turkey Sesame Salad

4 oz | turkey |
½ tsp | sesame oil |
½ tbsp | balsamic vinegar |
1 clove | garlic |
½ inch | root ginger |
½ tsp | fresh chilli |
1 serving | salad leaves |
2 oz | spinach |
2 oz | mange tout |
3 oz | frozen sweetcorn |
1 tsp | sesame seeds |
1 tsp | sweet chilli sauce |
5 oz | canned pineapple |
1 | rice cake |
1. Cut the turkey into thin strips and place in a glass or ceramic dish, along with the sesame oil, vinegar, garlic, ginger and chilli. Set aside to marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Meantime, prepare the salad by combining the salad leaves, sliced mange tout, baby sweetcorn.
3. After the marinading time, heat a griddle pan or non-stick frying pan and cook the turkey strips over a medium high heat for 5-6 minutes, until cooked through.
4. Toss the turkey into the salad along with the chilli sauce and top with sesame seeds before serving.
