Walnut & Apple Salad

1 oz | walnuts |
1 slice | wholemeal bread |
1 serving | salad leaves |
3 tsp | low fat salad dressing |
1 | dried apricot |
1. Dice the apple and break the walnuts into similar sized pieces.
2. Toss all ingredients together and serve at room temperature.
