    2 slices  wholemeal bread
    1  vegetable
    2 oz  low fat cheese
    1 pinch  italian seasoning
    ½ clove  garlic
    1 tsp  olive oil

1. Heat oil in pan, sauté garlic until golden, add vegetables and stir-fry until tender.
2. Season with italian seasoning. Put on firm or toasted bread and top with cheddar cheese.
