Vegetable Style Toasted Sandwich

1 | vegetable |
2 oz | low fat cheese |
1 pinch | italian seasoning |
½ clove | garlic |
1 tsp | olive oil |
1. Heat oil in pan, sauté garlic until golden, add vegetables and stir-fry until tender.
2. Season with italian seasoning. Put on firm or toasted bread and top with cheddar cheese.
