10 small slices | Spanish sausage |

In a good size pan add all above ingredients and cook slow in median heat for above 15 minutes until you see meet not longer pink, add 1/2 cup of tomatoe juice or tometo sauce salt (2 spoons not caballete) black pepper , sason complete, cummin and 1 cup of cooking wine. Continue cooking every thing for 10 minutes while you are cooking cover the pot and you will see the natural juices come from the meet.
If you are cooking 4 cups of rice have 5 cups of water ready in a side since always is some juices in the pot already. Add rice to the mix for 3 or 4 minutes and them add water bring to boil on high heat for 5 minutes and them low heat lest that medium and cover always after while move slowly to bring all parts even and cover again when rice is dry cover with green peas and other can of red peppers on top and also use all the juices from the red peppers and if you try the rice and is a little bit hard you can add a little bit of juices from the peas let every thing cooked for 3 minutes and off the burner and let stand for 10 minutes
