1 cup | Chocolate Pudding |
1 tbsp | butter |
3 oz | chocolate chips |
1 cup | nondairy topping |
4 oz | fat free cream cheese |
1/2 cup | peanut butter |
1/4 cup | sugar |
1/4 cup | butter |
1/2 tsp | vanilla |
Chocolate layer:
In double boiler combinepudding mix, milk, first measure of butter and chocolate. Cook and stir constantly until mixture comes to a bbbling boil. Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice. Pour into cooked prepared pie shell.
Peanut Butter Layer:
Using whip attachment, beat cream until stiff. Set aside. Combine softened cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, second measure of butter and vanilla. Whip until smooth. Fold in whipped cream until evenly blended. Spoon atop chocolate layer. Chill 1 hour before cutting. Garnish with shaved chocolate.
