Marinate the prawns in the ginger, chilli and half the lime juice. 2. Blanch the broccoli and mangetout in water for about 4 minutes. Drain and toss in the rest of the lime juice, the lime zest and half the sesame oil. 3. Heat the remaining sesame oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the prawns until they turn pink. 4.
