French Onion Mashed Potatoes

| 8 cups | chopped peeled potatoes |
| 2 tbsp | butter |
| 2 tbsp | milk |
| 3/4 tsp | salt |
| 1/4 tsp | pepper |
| 8 ounce | cream cheese |
| 8 ounce | french onion dip |
| Chopped chives |
Cook potatoes in salted boiling water until tender all the way through.
Drain and mash potatoes with butter, milk, salt and pepper.
Add cream cheese and onion dip and mix well until creamy.
Garnish with chives.
