Sul piano da lavoro mescolate la farina con lo zucchero, poi unite le uova, miele e olio. Infine aggiungete mandorle e bicarbonato.
Mescolate bene e formate un impasto uniforme. Dividetelo in 4 parti e formate dei filoncini. Infornate a 200° per 12/15 minuti.
