    3 1/4-3 1/2 cup  flour
    2 package  yeast
    1/4 tsp  ground ginger
    1/4 tsp  ground nutmeg
    1/4 tsp  ground cloves
    3/4 cup  milk
    1/4cup  packed brown sugar
    2 tblsp  butter
    1 1/2 tsp  salt
    1/2 cup  cooked mashed pumpkin
    3/4 cup  raisins

Combine 1 1/2 cup flour, yeast, spices. Heat milk and sugar, butter, salt until just warm. Add to dry mixture in bowl. Add pumpkin. Beat low speed 1/2 minute. Beat 3 minutes high speed. By hand stir in raisinsand enough flour for moderately stiff dough. Knead 5-8 minutes. Let rise 1 hour. Punch down. Let rest 10 minutes. Shape into load 8 1/2x4 1/2 x 2 1/2. Cover and let rise 30 minutes until double. Bake 375 degrees 35-40 minutes. Yield: 1 loaf.
