Fresh Apple Cake

2 cups | sugar |
1 1/2 cup | butter |
oil, alternative | |
2 | eggs, beaten |
1 teaspoon | vanilla |
3 cup | flour |
1 teaspoon | salt |
1 teaspoon | baking soda |
1 teaspoon | cinnamon |
3 cups | chopped apple |
1 cup | chopped walnuts |
Combine sugar and oil, beat in eggs and vanilla. In a seperate bowl mix flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon. Blend slowly into first mixture. Fold in apples and walnuts. Pour into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 F.
