Fish Tacos

1 pound | fish, cut crosswise into 3/4" strips |
4 Tbsp | Hellmann's Mayonnaise |
1/2 cup | cornmeal |
2 Tbsp | rice wine vinegar |
4 | tortillas, 8 inch |
2 cup | green cabbage, shredded |
1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil 2. Combine the fish and 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise in medium bowl. In small batches, toss the fish with the cornmeal to coat. Place fish on the baking sheet and lightly spray with non-stick spray. Bake until browned and cooked through abut 6-7 minutes. 3. Combine the remaining 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, vinegar in bowl. Warm tortillas. Spoon one quarter of the fish along the center of each tortilla. Top each with cabbage and then drizzle mayonnaise mixture. Fish taco white sauce | |
