Sri Lankan Cutlets recipeSri Lankan fish Cutlets These cutlets are so delicious that your family and friends will want you to keep making them over and over again. Here is the recipe for these spicy, tasty and crispy fish cutlets with a soft inside.
      Fish of your choice, (you can use canned fish too)
    1  onion
    3 small  green chilies
    a couple  jalapenos, alternative
    3  garlic cloves
    2 medium-sized  potatoes
    1 teaspoon  ginger paste
      The juice of a whole lime
      Eggs
      Breadcrumbs
    A few tablespoons  oil of your choice
      Salt
      pepper

How to prepare the meal:

Peel and boil the potatoes and smash them once they are soft
Boil or steam the fish
Flake it once it’s done
Chop the challis, garlic and onion
Mix all and add the ginger paste and the lime juice with your hands
Season with salt and pepper
Shape the mixture in small meatball sized balls
Dip each ball in the egg and roll it in the breadcrumbs
Place them in the food basket of the air fryer
Ai fry the balls at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes
You can serve them with sweet chill sauce or ketchup
