350g | Tuna fish |
1 | pkt of Knorr Chinese chili recipe mix |
1 | chopped small onion |
2 cloves | chopped Garlic |
1 tbsp | Crushed pepper |
1 tsp | Turmeric powder |
300ml | Water |
1 tbsp | Tamarind paste |
Salt to taste |
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients together in a pot. Cook on medium heat until water evaporates and the gravy coats the fish.
Season to taste and serve hot as an aromatic side dish for your avurudu lunch table.

Cut fish in uniform sizes for even cooking.
