Broiled Coconut Icing

| 3 tblsp | soft butter |
| 1/3 cup | brown sugar, (packed) |
| 2 tblsp | cream |
| milk, alternative | |
| 1/2 cup | flaked coconut |
| 1/4 cup | chopped nuts |
Mix in small bowl.
Spread mixture over warm cake. Place under broiler until mixture bubbles and browns (3-5 minutes).
