Pork Chops - glazed

| 6 - 8 ounce chops 3/4-1 inch | thick |
| Season one side with kosher salt place on baking sheet lined with foil. Place rack on top and spray with non stick spray. Glaze one side of chops with 1 tsp sauce on top and sides.(not bottom). Set oven to 275 degrees and bake for 40-45 minutes. Remove pan from oven and redcoat with the rest of glaze. Return to oven and broil for 3-6 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes. Glaze 3 - T Apple Butter | |

| 1 - T. | Dijon Mustard |
| 1 - tsp.Soya Sauce | |
| 1/2 tsp. | Cider Vinegar |
