Baked Fish & Oven Chips 2

|1||baking potato 7 oz|
|1 tsp||olive oil|
|4½ oz||white fish|
|1 oz||frozen peas|
|1 serving||salad leaves|
|3 tsp||low fat salad dressing|
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
2. Wash the potato but do not peel. Cut into thick chips and place in a bowl with the oil. Toss well to ensure the chips are all coated with oil.
3. Place on a non-stick baking tray and bake for 30-40 minutes or until cooked through.
