Baked Fish & Oven Chips 2

1 | baking potato 7 oz |
1 tsp | olive oil |
4½ oz | white fish |
1 oz | frozen peas |
1 serving | salad leaves |
3 tsp | low fat salad dressing |
1 | pear |
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
2. Wash the potato but do not peel. Cut into thick chips and place in a bowl with the oil. Toss well to ensure the chips are all coated with oil.
3. Place on a non-stick baking tray and bake for 30-40 minutes or until cooked through.
