Salmone Farfalle

500 g | farfalle pasta |
1/2 small | onion, diced |
2 T | butter |
8 oz | smoked salmon chopped |
1 C | heavy cream |
In pot, add water salt, and set to boil. In medium sauce pan add butter, onion, and cook until translucent. Add the salmon and cream. Simmer on medium low heat. While simmering sauce, put the pasta in to cook for about 10 minutes. When pasta is done, should be al dente., put into the sauce and mix well. You can season with black pepper if desired but not necessary.
