9X | 13 sprayed with canola, preheat oven to 375 |
2 boxes of 8 oz | lasagna noodles |
Cook noodles and drain and cool off | |
2lbs | lean hamburger |
5 cloves | garlic minced |
1Tbs | basil |
1 ½ tsp | salt |
2 14 ounce Italian diced tomatoes 2 – 6 ounce cans of tomato paste Brown hamburger, drain and then mix all ingredients above for 10 mins simmer Separate bowl: | |
2 | eggs |
½ cup | parmesan cheese |
2 Tbs | parsley flakes |
1 tsp | salt |
½ tsp | pepper |
Add mixture above with previous mixture | |
1 Pint | Cottage cheese |
1 pound | mozzarella cheese |
Noodles, then ½ of mixture and then ½ of cottage cheese, then ½ of mozzarella cheese, then another layer of noodles then sauce cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese
Cover with foil
Bake at 375 Degrees 1 hour
Put in toothpicks in lasagna under the foil to keep foil from sticking
