Sweet Potato Souffle

4 cups | sweet potatoes, mashed |
1 tsp | vanilla |
1/2 cup | condensed milk |
2 | eggs, beaten |
1 cup | white sugar |
4 tbsp | butter, softened |
1 tsp | cinnamon |
1 tsp | nutmeg |
Topping: | |
1 cup | chopped pecans |
1/3 cup | all purpose flour |
1 cup | brown sugar |
3 tbsp | butter, softened |
Mix sweet potatoes, vanilla, milk, eggs, sugar and butter in mixing bowl.
Pour into casserole dish.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Mix flour and brown sugar in mixing bowl.
Fold in butter until texture is coarse.
Add pecans.
Sprinkle on top of soufflé mixture in casserole dish.
Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
