3 T plus 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 T Dijon mustard
2 tsp. honey
1/4 cup cilantro, fresh
2 T fresh parsely, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 rsp. sweet paprika
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
3/4 cup olive oil, or grapeseed or walnut oil
1) Whisk vinegar, salt, mustard, honey, cilantro, parsley, garlic, paprika, cumin, and coriander together in large bowl. While whisking constantly, slowly drizzle oil into vinegar mixture unitl lightly thickened and emusified.
