    1  egg white
    3/4 cup  sugar
    1/4 tsp  cream of tartar
    1 tsp  vanilla
    1/4 cup  boiling water

Combine egg white, sugar, cream of tartar and vanilla in a bowl. Add boiling water and beat until of spreading consistency. About 6-7 minutes. Makes 3 cups.
