Almond Cinnamon Granola

4 cups | rolled oats |
2 cup | raw wheat germ |
1 cup | wheat bran |
1 cup | sunflower seeds |
1/2 cup | chopped almonds |
1/4 cup | powdered milk |
1/2 cup | soy flour |
2 teaspoon | vanilla |
1/4 cup | honey, (warmed) |
1/2 cup | safflower oil |
1-3 teaspoon | cinnamon |
Preheat oven to 300 F. Sift together dry ingredients. Add oil, honey, vanilla and mix. Place ingredients in shallow baking dish. Toast 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool and store in a covered container.
