Pineapple Cheese Ball

| 2 8 oz. packages | cream cheese, room temperature |
| 1 8 1/4 oz. can | crushed pineapple, well drained |
| 1/4 c. | finely chopped green pepper |
| 2 tbl. | finely minced onion |
| 1 1/2 tsp. | seasoned salt |
| 2 oz. | grated sharp cheddar cheese |
| 1 c. | finely chopped pecans |
Combine all ingredients except pecans. Form into ball. Roll in pecans. Chill. Serve with crackers.
