In un tegame soffriggere la cipolla e aggiungere 2 bottiglie di salsa mutti
In padella soffriggere la cipolla
Lavare la passolina
Aggiungere passolina e pinoli
Aggiungere un po&apos; di salsa
Aggiungere la mollica
Aggiungere il caciocavallo
E aggiungere olio e latte fino alla giusta consistenza
Eventualmente aggiungere ancora un po&apos; di salsa se  troppo chiara

Salare la carne
Tagliare il primo sale a pezzetti
Sulla fettina mettere salame primo sale e la mollica condita
Chiudere dai due lati e poi arrotolare
Attaccare con lo spago le Braciole
Friggerle in padella con olio di oliva
Dopo metterle nel sugo e cuocerle
Aggiungere i piselli
