Preparazione crema al limone, in un pentolino mescolare tutti gli ingredienti (uova, succo di limone, zucchero, burro e buccia di limone grattugiata). Cuocere a bagno maria a fuoco lento fino a che la crema si sarÓ adddnsata.mettere a bagno la gelatina e farla scioglirere in un cucchiaio di acqua calda. Preparare la mousse, montare la panna con due cucchiai di zucchero a velo inserire la gelatina, incorporare la crema al limone fredda. Per la gelee ai frutti rossi mettere a bagno la gelatina in acqua fredda In un pentolino scaldare acqua e zucchero e i frutti rossi fino a sce sfioreranno il bollore, estrarre la gelatina strizzata bene e incorporarla nello sciroppo caldo facendola sciogliere. Passare al colino e versare nello stampo inserto e mettere in freezer.
versare metÓ mousse nello stampo,poi inserire l&apos;inserto di gelee e poi ricoprire con la restante mousse e finire con un piano di pavesini. Riporre in freezer una notte a solidificare. Sformare il dolce qualche ora prima dell &apos;utilizzo e riporre in frigorifero.
