| 1 1/2 cups | peanut butter |
| 1 cup | butter softened |
| 1/2 teaspoon | vanilla extract |
| 6 cups | confectionery sugar |
| 4 cups | semi sweet chocolate chips |
In a large bowl mix all ingredients. The dough will be dry looking. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on paper lined cookie sheet.
Press a toothpick into each ball and place in freezer.
Melt chocolate chips in a pot and dip frozen peanut butter balls.
Place in refrigerator.
