Sweet Potato Mallow

|1 lb||sweet potato, (3 medium)|
|1/2 cup||sour cream, (yogurt)|
|3/4 cup||mini marshmellows|
Do not peel sweet potatoes. Boil in salted water to cover until tender 30-35 minutes. Slip off skins. Pare away any brown marks. Beat with sour cream, salt, mace, egg yolk on medium speed until smooth. Pour into a buttered 1 quart casserole; top with marshmellows. Bake uncovered at 350 F for 30 minutes.
