    2 cups  whole wheat flour, (gahunko pitho or atta)
    3/4 cup  water
    1/4 teaspoon  salt

Utensils Plate-l, circular disc-l, rolling pin-1, tawa-1, napkin-l, serving dish-1, big bowl-1

Process Set aside a little quantity of flour. Mix the remaining with salt. Add water and make dough; knead it for a few minutes. Leave for half an hour. Knead dough again for 3-5 minutes. Divide dough part and make a ball. Roll it out thinly circle of about 10cm in diameter with the help of a
rolling pin. Add a little dry flour if required in the process of rolling, medium heat and place chapati (circular cake) on it. bubbles appear on bread. Turn it over. Keep it aside. Place in the bottom rack of a preheated oven at a temperature of 350 degrees. Do the same with other parts. Allow it to puff up for 2-3 . Keep thick napkin in a serving dish. Stack chaparri in it and wrap it tightly over the chapatis so as to keep them hot.
Note. This type of chapati resembles Mexican tortilla.
