Fried Chicken (Buttermilk)

|1 C||buttermilk, (add.1 T white vinegar to cup of milk)|
|4 tsp||garlic salt|
|1 T||hot sauce|
|1 tsp||granulated sugar|
|1 C||self rising flour|
|1/4 C||corn starch|
8-10 chicken tenders
Combine buttermilk, garlic salt, hot sauce, cayenne, and sugar. Pour over tenders and marinade for 2 hours or overnight.
Take tenders out of buttermilk and place in flour and corn starch. Then back to buttermilk (be sure to coat it well), then back to flour and corn starch.
Fry for 4 minutes in 350 vegetable oil.
