Turkey with Brown Rice Soup

| 1/2 | turkey diced |
| Drippings from roasted turkey 2 32oz boxes of chicken broth | |
| 3 cups | long grain brown rice |
| 4 cups | chopped carrots |
| 4 cups | chopped celery |
| 1 med. | onion, diced |
| 32 cups | water |
| salt to taste | |
Combine water, drippings, broth and rice, and put on heat. Stir until mixed well. Add veggies, turkey and spices. Cook until rice is tender.
